Comment:  Been on their way up? Only for like forever. Read between the lines... Bottom tier. The house is clean and pretty (for a frat house) for a reason- not much else to do, not much going on, ?????? All wannabes are nice when they want you to show up, but they are the same bitter losers when you leave to hang out with the guys you really like. Don't feel bad for them, at least they have each other!
