Comment:  I liked Theta because of their old national reputation. This house is also a good location on campus. While the girls were nice and some were attractive, there was just no energy at their rush parties. Each girl who rushed me was nice, but I felt like they were following a script and didn't have a personality of their own. Time for preference round, and I cut them because I just didn't feel anything more than a blandness from them. I'm sure they are nice, but I need more fun.
