Comment:  Terribly low rush numbers. The College has to force other fraternities to send rushees that they don't like to phi delt to fill their house. Nice house but they never keep up with it, and garbage is in abundance. Guys are a mixed bag; some cool, some not so. Some of the best brotherhood on campus, though.
