Comment:  Theta Chi did what Beta did a few years ago and is taking a huge jump to top tier. They had the house & pulled solid pledge classes to purge out the worthless brothers holding them back which they did. tons of involvement across campus, they run IFC right now. getting flack from other fraternities because they are growing so fast. Most parties are great but sometimes they'll have a bust. Very well rounded brothers
