Comment:  I can't believe how fake all these comments are. First and foremost, Kappa is top tier and number one because they have the hottest women hands down. Second, they're all pretty much sig/theta rats so unless you're a member of those places, you probably won't see a whole lot of them, except maybe at tke. They seem to be pretty cliquey but that's just speculation. I wouldn't say they have the best house but yes, it is pretty nice.
