Comment:  The term 'Top Tier' is for fraternities who excel on campus. Betas have the best GPA, win all kinds of events on campus, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of stuff but I think they are the definition of a well-rounded frat! And they are newer on campus! Just imagine what they'll be like in 4 years! I'd be a beta if I was a guy! LOVE THEM
