Comment:  As someone who parties with Phi quite a bit I can assure you they are one of the most fun sororities who show up to rage, so what if they throw up or pass out, top tier fraternities are sick of other sororities showing up to parties and sitting in corners taking pictures. Phi knows how to party, don't penalize them for that.
