Comment:  Alpha Phi is controversial. They're new, but they've finally taken their place in the Greek community as a very large group of women with a wide range of personalities. Generally, they are very sociable, and very cute. Their "party girl" reputation is deserved, but they do have a sweet side. I suggest y'all do your best to increase the strength of your sisterhood. You recruit really well, but the key to becoming an established and respected chapter is high retention and low internal cattiness
