Comment:  Bottom tier frat, no one has heard much about them, but lots of potential. I have seen their pledge class this year, and it is looking a lot better. I know a few of them, and I know they can take Delta Chi in the right direction in terms of getting their name spread around campus, throwing more parties, etc. They are definitely chill guys and they are decently attractive (this year's pledge class anyway), and if they play their cards right they'll be up their in the next few years.
