Comment:  Not the house that they used to be but still an AMAZING HOUSE. past reputation counts. They aren't all pretty, but they are involved and have a good nongreek rep. so many incoming freshmen want them and drop if they don't get them. Theta or nothing. One of my friends was left with piphi, kappa, and zeta and dropped because she didn't get theta. To me that's crazy because piphi and kappa are top houses that girls would kill to be in. I know they can have their pc pick, so idk why they've been bad
