Comment:  Maybe it wasn't a Theta low ranking AXO. Maybe it was a person with an ounce of intelligence and common sense. AXO has a knack of attacking houses right before recruitment. It doesn't work, and they always have a crap recruitment. You'd think they'd learn. And NO - AXO isn't in Theta's league, and to blame Theta for that comment is absurd. That's just common knowledge in the greek community. AXO is a lower/bottom tier struggling chapter which COBs both semesters, every year. And has had to COB since..... well, forever. AXO is seriously out of control.
