Comment:  love phi delt! YES they are a dry frat which means no registered parties in their house, but they find ways around it. they have sick pre games at their house, which have to be small by regulation, but they're really fun and intimate. good alcohol. parties at 925 state house are sick, st pattys was good and their parties at night are also really fun and not in some creepy basement like most other frats. nice guys but as always, some creeps find their way in.
