Comment:  The truth is that these guys don't know the meaning of productivity. They are not involved on campus and come off as lazy. Don't get me wrong, there are some likable guys in this group, just not enough to make a difference. Bottom line: if I were a guy, I'd probably wouldn't be a phi.
