Comment:  With its recent win in Greek week and its acquisition of a solid pledge class, Phi Kapp continues its charge to the top. They have yet to have anyone sent home from events and have yet to get in trouble with GDB this semester which can not be said for the other fraternities. Participation is high as their presence is known at all greek events, philanthropies, and sporting events.
