Comment:  Let's be honest, this is the nerd frat where guys that weren't cool enough to get a bid anywhere else ended up. When a guy says they knew they wanted to be a frat boy since day one but says they're in "phi kap", that's a big red flag. Chi Psi is the "weird frat" but even the guys there have better social skills than them. Phi kap also has a big divide between guys that want to be "more of a frat" and the guys that are just there for the cheap housing.
