Comment:  Idk why this site says this groups is close to the top they seem mid to me. Their house parties are the worst of the top 10 frats. Their off campus stuff makes up for it but you have to be over 21 to drink at venues obviously. This fraternity is made up of either super awkward smart kids who they let in to keep the GPA high and the other half are cool athletic types. Half of them are chill AF and most fraternities like them but the other half are dorks.
