Comment:  Alpha Phi's reputation has sunk miserably the past few years and their retention rate is struggling. They have only 20 seniors left because everyone drops after a year. They try to put on a show of being a mid-tier sorority during recruitment but as soon as bid day's over you see that they have no sisterhood. Most aphi's I know have dropped because they could not stand how fake the exec team and sisterhood was anymore. Dont be fooled by the show they put on for rush, because as soon as you're in you'll see their true colors.
