Comment:  The stuff that is being posted on here is by people who have no actual interest in understanding what is happening They see something and immediately go to the internet to spread anonymous hate. All situations are being dealt with internally. The blocking of a previous woman of colour was uncalled for and due to an issue with the member running the Instagram and was not a reflection of theta's actions nor in my opinion was it a matter of race. From my understanding, the member/ex-member had a falling out that was not related to the issues brought up in the fall and therefore had no connection as far as I am aware. This is not to say I agree with the blocking, I would just like people to understand that no situation is black or white. Our member development committee met for 3-4 hours for their last two meetings. So please do not perceive that this is being taken lightly or that an investigation is not being done. I suggest that if you want to see the actions being taken as of right now, you look at the comments of the Black History Month post. I think it is shameful to speak on an issue hatefully when you have no legitimate understanding of what is happening. You may ask to hear of actions that are happening but also understand that in situations such as these it is not best to rush. Would you prefer it done with care and thought or quickly to appease the masses.
