Comment:  I would say that if you are rich, you will consider tri delt and kappa to be top. however, like many things at a&m, wealth isn't a huge factor... for a majority of the houses on the row, tri delt is not considered a top house (middle, rather)- however, they do score a lot of the 'top rushees' every year based on their national prestige. tri delt is definitely a chapter a lot of girls want to 'be in', but it's based on superficial things like status and money... so it really just depends on if this is the kind of sisterhood you want. tri delt is also very odd because half of their girls are the party girls (the types dg dz and zeta go for), and the other half are religious and judgy (the ones chi o goes for).
