Comment:  Alum support is important in keeping a fraternity on-track and excelling. Alumni support, unfortunately if it comes as interference and founded on self-aggrandizement, can also be instrumental in catapulting a fraternity to the total bottom tier of a Greek system. That's what's led to Mizzou PhiKap's plummeting to the pits - one over-involved, self-absorbed alum who's run the show at PhiKap for too many years.
