Comment:  Pi Phi is another house that used to be a top tier and have slipped the past few years. There are some really nice ones and some really mean ones. A solid upper middle tier or lower top tier house for PNM's to consider. They have had some issues but have heard they are working on their issues and going more for the less popular girls. They used to be known for the most girls dropping or transferring every year but I'm not sure about this year.
