Comment:  Kappa is climbing up the ladder in terms of popularity. Their pledge classes have become more and more cohesive each year. That being said, they are extremely selective during recruitment, even more so than the "top" houses at Chapman. I think they are a bit too quick to judge, but they clearly know what they want in terms of the direction they are trying to go in. They are still relatively new on campus but would put them on the same tier as Gamma Phi Beta.
