Comment:  Used to associate with Tri Delt and chi o a lot. Now they hang more with KD. Older guys are cool and nice, younger guys not so much. Generally all are “nice”- whether real or fake is up for debate. Probably one of the best frat basements and good music at parties. Just need to get a better pledge class next time
