Comment:  Nice house when it's clean and they show up for a lot on campus but that's all they've got going for them. If you're thinking about joining look at other frats first. Maybe DU is a fit and maybe it isn't ... but I'd be willing to bet that you'll enjoy being in a different frat. You can still live in their house and go to their parties if you're not a member (paying the outrageous membership fees and having to listen to douchebag rich guys complain at meetings about girls that won't lay them).
