Comment:  always hear about them sleeping with each others boyfriends and they will rudely stare at you. A Phis are the girls that sleep around, get drunk and party. They like thinking they are the best because they are pretty however that does not match within. they are all pike bikes. not involved on campus a lot. and i always see tensions with them disliking chi os.
