Comment:  Went to a couple rush events at this fraternity last week and it was a very weird vibe. You can tell it is a fraternity in transition, and this leads to it being a pretty bizarre mix of people. Breakdown: 25% douches, 25% genuine nice guys, 25% really superficial nice guys, 25% socially retarded. Going to assume most of the weirdos are left over from when the fraternity was brand new a few years back and just needed numbers. They still very much growing into their house, not really that close to being "top tier" yet. I also got the vibe that a LOT of them don't even like each other and just joined for the house, but idk that could just be me. It's weird. And they were horrible to rush, mostly stand around talking among themselves, and it seemed like most of them were talking from a script.
