Comment:  Phi Delt is a great group of guys, playing lax has nothing to do with how they act. Fact of the matter is Sig Ep. is number one on campus, Beta following closely behind them with a great pledge class that has the highest GPA average at midterm compared to Phi Delt and Sig Ep. If you keep a fraternity at low levels, you tend to not move a fraternity far.
