Comment:  Kappa Sig is known and they have lots of parties (though the quality of them is pretty eh), that said the fraternity is pretty weak in other ways. They're too big for one, when my sorority had a social with them it felt like they didn't even all know each other. They try to be the most like a public school fraternity of any on campus, and their success varies, but without a house and parties akin to public schools it really just doesn't work. Overrated but honestly they throw parties, so cool
