Comment:  Definitely some self ranking but have to admit that they have gotten a lot better/more attractive then they were two years ago. I think with this years pledge classes (if they choose right), they can get even better then they are now. Kappa sigma has moved up to middle tier. Saying they are top house is a big stretch so ignore those rankings
