Comment:  ChiO is definitely rising, they've had a few very solid PCs, smart, fun and good looking. But they really lack in branching out socially-- they stick so tightly with Delt and SigChi that its no wonder why they seem to be stuck in the middle tier. Expanding to top tier frats would help them shake the top middle spot and get to that upper tier power vacuum DG created.
