Comment:  Have been on a consistent decline for years and it's like they know how to give the University and UPD reasons to be on their backs time and time again. That being said, they still have a solid core group of men in there, but it isn't enough to level out the abundant presence of fratitude that exists. Eliminate the cliquey feel among the house and they have a shot at rebounding.
