Comment:  Do they normally have many summer commit during the summer? It seems that they tend to draw more out of state guys that maybe don't even do summer parties. If that is not the case then yes - they are struggling and will pick up the leftovers in the fall. Their probations have not helped them with the talk and worry about joining and ending up paying dues for 3-4 years with no socials. Maybe middle but have been struggling keeping that since all the probations and taking Sigma Chi pledges.
