Comment:  TBH gamma phi is fine, but that's about it. they're just about an average colony in every way: average-looking girls, average involvement, and average sisterhood for a group of girls who had to start something from scratch a couple of months ago. you can't claim you're going to be great until you've been through recruitment and see what girls you pull when the other chapters are all competing too. until then, stop trying to clean up your greekrank page (it's obvious BTW) and work on your chapter
