Comment:  they're top tier because they're pretty and the top frats gravitate towards them. that's it. but as far as likability, no one likes them except each other (and sig chi and SAE). they all look like identical carbon copies of each other. no originality or depth of personality, but that doesn't seem like a theta priority anyway. you could know pick a theta out of a crowd knowing nothing about her, and know exactly what she looks, dresses, and acts like.
