Comment:  If anyone is saying that they are middle or top tier, you have to be kidding yourself or self ranking. They just started up, they are bottom tier, and that is that. Are they the joke of the greek community? Yes. But thats also because they are new, im sure in 5-10 years they can be something on this campus, but until then, they are just a bottom tier fraternity.
