Comment:  Positives - 1) Very nice guys. I have met both fraternities and they are both good guys, however, Theta Xi was much more welcoming and far less judgmental. 2) Their parties are more laid back which good for the people who like them. 3) They pride their fraternity more than anything. Negatives 1) They do lots of little things for their philanthropy and usually go unrecognized. 2) Their parties are smaller (and they like it that way) And usually contain familiar faces and the same crowd.
