Comment:  In reality they're still in top tier but no longer top house. They score in philanthropies but their external events aren't typically fun and their girls aren't very cute or even fun to be around (drink throwers, fighters). I know their past two/three pledge classes lagged behind ADPi and ZTA so hopefully they turn it around.
