Comment:  It is true that ATO is doing pretty good for a new fraternity, however giving them top teir ranking is like playing basketball with your 5 year old kid. You let them win to make them feel good, however you know that if you were both to play to your full potential you would crush your kid 324-2. ATO is the five year old, gaining confidence, but no where near the top teir at all.
