Comment:  They are definitely getting there. Guys like Justin, Rian and even more are really welcoming and cool. Delta are really serious in terms of academics, but they are not really involved with community service and other aspects. The brotherhood is something the fraternity could work on, considering the fact that not a lot of people in the fraternity hang out with their own brothers.
