Comment:  Used to be top tier, but beginning they're to slip. Their house on maiden will probably be torn down in a year and will hurt them even more. They aren't really involved on campus except for throwing a few mixers; because of this they've became somewhat irrelevant. This is now a mid tier fraternity.
