this really breaks my heart to see this. As a sister of AXO, I can attest that not getting to recruit is NOT a reflection of another sisters worth or value to the chapter. We have a limited number of girls that are allowed in the room, and we do not fill our room with extra girls standing along the walls like other chapters may do because space is so limited in the ballrooms. Every single girl in AXO plays such an important role for recruitment, so even if they aren't actually in the room recruiting, they are still working extremely hard on things that are related to recruitment and bid day. It makes me so sad to hear that she is upset, but I hope she knows how important she is to the chapter.
