Well on open house day things are gonna be pretty superficial. Were just getting to know you. Asking personal or deep questions right when we meet isn't a good way to go about recruitment. If my superficial question turns into something deeper and more personal that's fine and normal and we probably have a connection. But yeah most of us are just trying to get a feel for personalities.
