The reason we don't know much about NPHC is because it's a very small, very tight knit group who keep to themselves mostly. That being said a friend of mine is in a Zeta Beta and she absolutely loves it. My opinion, try PHA if PHA rush comes first, not sure if NPHC or PHA does rush first, and see if any of the PHA houses suit you. There are more of them so you might have a better chance of finding where you fit in. And then if PHA doesn't work out then try NPHC out for sure. Whichever you pick will work out in your favor. There's no wrong choice between the two.
