Sigma got the charter first because Missouri has more Sigma chapters than any other state and they tend to do very well in Missouri. SK got to colonize next because they already had a house here and DZ doesn't. DZ will come to campus next, within in the next five years. DZ nationals are crawling on this campus, I see them in Memorial all the time. Mark my words, they'll buy Richmond place out or wait for Phi MU to lose their charter and then they'll buy the space out, renovate and colonize.
