Sigma has barely stayed afloat, they got a huge pledge class this year but now they have to continue to build on that. Zeta is also struggling with the addition of SK. Zeta used to be considered a decent choice for bottom tier, and now that SK is here they have lost a lot of their PNMs to them. Zeta struggles with retention and has to COB multiple times a year just to stay at house total. I think we need to evaluate our houses that need more support before adding new chapters. A new chapter would be either a death sentance to zeta or sigma, or a failure for the new house to flourish.
