Well for starters, I'm pretty sure you're a troll trying to stir up drama. But just incase you're not, I'll answer. It would honestly not be hard at all for you to figure out about these houses. All you have to do is read. Those are 2 of the houses that it's pretty obvious to see on here where they rank. Alpha Chi is a strong chapter. They are considered a "top tier" house. They have the highest GPA. Without connections and being a legacy from a different school than Alabama, good luck. It isn't impossible, just not very likely. Gamma Phi, on the other hand, is considered "bottom tier" house. The two are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. They're both great, though. It just depends on where you would fit in. It would most likely be very easy for you to get into Gamma Phi, especially as a legacy. Unless you have horrible grades, a horrible reputation, or a horrible personality, then that shouldn't be a problem. Without connections, I wouldn't get your hopes up on Alpha Chi. If you fit in perfectly with them, then it might work out. Just have an open mind, for both of your legacy houses, and for all of the other ones on campus. It would be great to be in the same organization as your mom or grandmother, but you may not fit in with their houses like they did. Be open to the other houses too. Long story short, Alpha Chi is hard to get into, and they don't let just anybody in. Gamma Phi tends to have retention issues, and they usually take pretty much anyone.
