Very true about the cost thing-- it would actually put them at a huge risk the next year, retention would be super low and girls would drop because they wouldn't be able to afford it, therefore increasing their quota the next year and for COB. Eek that doesn't sound good at all. But yes, point is- join because you love them, not because you love the cost, because eventually it'll come back to bite you
