just say you're interested in joining greek life and you would appreciate if they wouldn't belittle it. if they still continue to bash it and start to be rude to you then i would suggest finding new roommates! join a sorority rush group me i am sure there are plenty of amazing girls who would understand you and are looking for roommates.
