to be honest old row fraternities are considered a joke.. NONE of the old row fraternities are considered top tier in fact ALL the top fraternities are on new row and have been for awhile. I would say DKE is considered the top house on old row but they rank in the middle to lower middle tier. Houses like SN, OX, KA, SAE are all considered to be lower tier or bottom tier. This isn't the 1980,s
