1. I'd say most of OR is consider top tier but not all houses. 2. Top tier: DKE, SAE, SNU, Theta chi, Pike, Pi Kapp, and KA. 3. Most good houses are starting to fill up so summer recruitment is doing good 4. Houses can bid you over the summer but they don't have to cuz there is a formal rush.
